You will share all of your details through a preliminary short group of questions, followed by if needed virtual meeting and onsite tasting, further afar can be shipped for next day to you. Kristine can accommodate learning about your plans locally in Sarasota, or if you happen to live further having your special event within Sarasota and Tampa Bay areas. Discussions will lead to your custom flavors, design and theme for your event. All the details are cared for.
Kristine is recognized for her International and Nationally awarded Lick My Spoon Confections The Academy of Chocolate in London and USA with the Specialty Food/Fancy Food Show, Good Food Awards, and The Chocolate Salon. Lick My Spoon is sold nationwide through Boutique gourmet stores and Specialty grocers. She has been recognized in both National and News and Print with The TODAY Show and Food and Wine Magazine, and local publications. Many of her award winning confections become part of the cake elements that she creates for Weddings and Special celebrations. As well create one of a kind gifts for guests attending your event. A curated box of bonbons, and your chocolate desires.
Kristine's training began as a child baking along side her mother., this is where the passion to create delicious confections began. She perfected her training n Milan Italy with Massimo Pica. 2021 Lione, France World Cup Winner in Pastry. There she trained for the palate of the very particular Milanese,She has also attended Master Classes with renowned chocolate and pastry chefs in Italy, and in the United States. She is a Master Chocolatier and Confectioner, it is her true passion in life.
